JamieLynn became an Empowerment Coach after ten years of transformational and leadership training. JamieLynn founded Arise Empowered LLC. In 2018 offering life coaching programs and seminars, and individualized coaching. JamieLynn took part in a public speaking training program called DEBx and spoke at the Tempe Center for the Arts in October of 2017. JamieLynn also hosted the Breakthrough & Thrive Summit of 2018, where she interviewed healers and Thrives alike forming a comprehensive summit that targets the conversation of sexual abuse. As Arise Empowered, JamieLynn hosted the first Empowerment Program in March of 2019.  JamieLynn is attuned to Reiki, an Artist, Illustrator, Graphic Artist, wife to an amazing man and mother of two wonderful children. 

JamieLynn’s passion to empower those who have endured sexual abuse stems from her own experiences of being sexual abused by five of her cousins. Reveling her abuse at the young age of fifteen to her school consoler which then led the path of justice through the court system. Through her own healing and discovering her own voice JamieLynn saw that she was making a difference for others.
